Dr. Lihini Dalzell, DO
Dr. Lihini Dalzell is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and the founder of Doctor4UClinic, an established Urgent Care and Primary Care facility serving the Bradenton community since 2014.
She earned her Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, following her studies at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Dalzell completed her residency in Family Medicine at St. Petersburg General Hospital in 2011.
With a clinical background spanning Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and Urgent Care, Dr. Dalzell provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics. She has also worked with Manatee Memorial Hospital and Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

A Bradenton resident since 1985, Dr. Dalzell is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida with honors, and a former professional tennis player on the WTA tour. She trained at the prestigious Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy, now IMG Academy.
Dr. Dalzell is committed to treating the whole person by integrating natural therapies with evidence-based medicine to support long-term health and wellness.

Dr. Manelle Fernando, MD (DPH Lond. Eng.)
Dr. Manelle Fernando is Board Certified in Bariatric Medicine and specializes in anti-aging therapies, hormone optimization, cosmetic medicine, and addiction treatment.
With extensive clinical experience, Dr. Fernando is deeply passionate about preventive care and holistic wellness. She is a member of the International Hormone Society and utilizes bioidentical hormone therapy to treat patients safely, naturally, and effectively.
Committed to staying at the forefront of medical advancements, Dr. Fernando has completed advanced training in cosmetic procedures across Paris, London, and the United States. Her approach blends science, aesthetics, and compassion to help patients look and feel their best at every stage of life.
